I just wanted to let you know how much you have truly helped me both physically and mentally with your digital workouts. I could barely get through Level 1 three months ago, but just this morning did my first entire Level 2 workout (with leg weights!). I’ve been doing your digital workouts 2x/week (with a weekend run), starting with Level 1 and slowly building up. With your workouts, and in combination with some healthy eating adjustments, I’ve lost over 15+ lbs since February, and am stronger than I’ve been in a very long time.
I’ve used your workouts to prioritize self-care time during the week while still coping with having younger children at home and all of their needs, school, etc. So - this is a long way of saying THANK YOU. I am enormously grateful for the transformation you’ve helped me make in my life, and I hope that continues.

“BodyLines" has done just that, put lines on my body! This class is super fun, challenging in the best way with a positive vibe that keeps you coming back for more. Have never experienced such immediate results! Whitney leads this class with love and encouragement that makes you feel like you can do anything! Great music too!

Since I’ve started your intense, high-energy, body-toning workout (post-baby number three)- I’ve dropped two pants sizes!! It’s the first class that really makes me sweat, works all the hard to reach spots, keeps my mind focused on my body for the entire hour, and is always a good time. Thanks for helping me get myself back into shape- I feel so much stronger and always leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. Looking forward to seeing what new moves you have in store for us! I’m hooked!!

As for the program itself, I needed a whole-body challenge and the program brings it. The uniqueness of each part of the class, from the dance moves to the ab moves at the end, keeps me mentally engaged the entire time. It is also efficient. With the structure and upbeat tempo, it combines cardio, strength training, and stretching and I am not left feeling like I need a separate workout.
The program is also fun. The music is great, you radiate warmth and positivity through the room, and it is hard not to smile even when I am struggling through a move. The workout gives an adrenaline rush but also releases the endorphins leaving me feeling completely re-energized when we are finished. It also works. Over the past two years, the composition of my body is changing. It has given back my confidence in what I can do, and how I feel about myself.
I love the community your program brings. It reaches across all different groups brought together who want to work hard and feel good about themselves. It is a wonderful (and such a diverse) group, that I enjoy so much being a part of.

When I joined you just about 2 years ago, I was coming off back to back pregnancies and was experiencing a tremendous sense of losing myself with the changes to my body that occurred after them. I was totally burnt out of my pilates class with the same routine & machine and my spin class that I had mastered the art of ‘cheating at’ when I wasn’t feeling it. From the start, you were very mindful of where my body was physically (especially my abdominal strength after the 2 c-sections) and you are always careful to push me as appropriate but also protect me from injuries. I have always appreciated this. Also, from day 1, I feel like you committed to me and I committed to you with our schedule. You set it and never changed it (may sound small) but it is so important.

Thank you for helping me get back into a crop top for the first time since having babies! Your class is fun, challenging, and most importantly - it works! You work all the bits and pieces. So glad to have you in Santa Barbara!
