Hiring Receptionist / Business Assistant
We're seeking an energetic self-starter join the team as Receptionist and Executive Assistant to the founder at our vibrant fitness studio. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of front desk tasks, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by personally greeting each member upon arrival.
Efficiently manage member check-ins, respond to questions, and address concerns promptly, always striving for top-tier customer service.
Guide new clients and members, offering accurate and detailed information about our studio, classes, booking procedures, packages, and membership offerings.
Address member or guest concerns promptly, ensuring necessary actions are communicated to the owner.
Manage retail sales, offering helpful product knowledge to guests.
Contribute to a positive, lively atmosphere through your professional and friendly demeanor.
Perform additional assigned duties, which may include:
- Assisting with content creation for our social media platforms.
- Ordering supplies and overseeing inventory.
- Developing studio communications using Flodesk.
- Liaising with our software provider to address technical issues or set up new features.
- Uploading and managing digital studio content.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Proficiency in various computer applications and software, including social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
