Hiring Receptionist / Business Assistant

We're seeking an energetic self-starter join the team as Receptionist and Executive Assistant to the founder at our vibrant fitness studio. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of front desk tasks, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by personally greeting each member upon arrival.

  • Efficiently manage member check-ins, respond to questions, and address concerns promptly, always striving for top-tier customer service.

  • Guide new clients and members, offering accurate and detailed information about our studio, classes, booking procedures, packages, and membership offerings.

  • Address member or guest concerns promptly, ensuring necessary actions are communicated to the owner.

  • Manage retail sales, offering helpful product knowledge to guests.

  • Contribute to a positive, lively atmosphere through your professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Perform additional assigned duties, which may include:

       - Assisting with content creation for our social media platforms.

       - Ordering supplies and overseeing inventory.

       - Developing studio communications using Flodesk.

       - Liaising with our software provider to address technical issues or set up new features.

       - Uploading and managing digital studio content.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational abilities.

Proficiency in various computer applications and software, including social media platforms.

Ability to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities concurrently.

A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
