Reach out to schedule your intro session.

We’ll meet at the studio or in your home to have our session. At our first meeting, we’ll take time to review your fitness history, any injuries or concerns, and introduce your first workout.

Make Moves! Once we’ve discussed a plan for your fitness journey, we’ll start our first session together. This intro session will introduce you to my technique and help me to better understand your strengths, weaknesses and how your body moves.

04.
Stay with it! After our initial session, I’ll develop a customized fitness plan for our upcoming sessions.
